Mommy & Me Sculpt & Stretch

Move, breathe and connect with your little one (ages 4 and up welcome)! This class will offer a gentle warm-up, playful, creative movements and a soothing cool-down, perfect for your kiddo(s) to explore and grow. We believe that by sparking excitment around movement in children helps build a strong foundation and builds awareness and self-confidence. Members are free, $10 per child. $20 non-member for parent and child.
